Aimee is a Yoga, Barre + Reiki facilitator that aims to create a friendly space for you to explore your mind-body. Each class will blend movement, mindfulness and relaxation with each class. Whether you're a newbie stepping onto the mat for the first time or a seasoned yogi returning to practice, this welcoming environment awaits you. When: 🗓️ Mondays 6:30 - 7:25 PM 🗓️ Thursdays 7 - 7.55 PM Location: 📍 Bristol Dance Company, 4a Brook Road, Fishponds, BS16 3SQ Class membership options: 💲 Drop in £10pp 💲 4 classes at £9 a class 💲 8 classes at £8 a class 💲 10 classes at £6.10 a class + reiki treatment with 6 month membership What to Bring: 🧘 Yoga Mat + Optional Blanket (Note: If you don't have a mat, feel free to reach out ASAP) Terms & Conditions: Yoga bookings are non-refundable, check T&Cs for each membership option.

Cancellation Policy

Please check the policy of your membership upon booking. No refunds given including late cancellations. If you are on a rolling contract, you can cancel the membership online or by emailing us. You must provide one week's notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships. If you are on a class pass you do have to book the classes to secure your space. Bring you own mat to class or email asap to borrow one.
