Zen Den is a restorative evening of facials and Yoga Nidra.
You will be guided through a self-care session to cleanse & exfoliate your skin with a bio-cellulose mask hydrating your face throughout the Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a lying-down relaxation practice that intends to send your body asleep as your mind stays conscious. It can help you relax and restore the mind-body - there is no movement / stretching involved!
Yoga is breath through movement.
It is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites.
In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. We can take these lessons off the mat and integrate them into our daily activities.
