THE BANH V(Egan) Originating on the street of Saigon, the banh mi sandwich is a french-Vietnamese hybrid consisting of crusty baguette, pickled veg, crisp coriander, spicy chilli, cooling slivers of cucumber and a protein of choice.   

Keeping it mean but green:

Banh V, Yaki Pate, Long stem broc, Cucumber, Marinated Tofu, Pickled slaw, Chilli Jam, Herbs, Crispy Onions, Garlic Mayo    -----------------   

Aimee, co-founder of Aim2Be has been helping people move away from the screen and connect to the green with casual nature yoga classes through lockdown. Super passionate about helping others follow their dreams, Aimee has teamed up with Grace, a Bristol-based independent foodie to bring you their first outdoor yoga social: Salutations & Sandos.

This event will be outdoors, Queen Square, Bristol - please bring your own mat, hand sanitiser, wear appropriate layers - keep 2m distance apart unless in your support bubbles and be mindful of others.
