Flow + Forage at Conham River Park Sunday 1st June 10 - 12.45am. Join Aimee and Giacomo for a unique outdoor experience blending nature-inspired yoga, foraging and herbal wisdom. 9.45am: meet at car park + split into two groups of 15 to rotate activities 10am: 75 min foraging walk / yoga class 11.15: 75 min yoga class / foraging walk 12.30: group herbal tea + social connection 12.45: experience complete. Aimee, a passionate yoga teacher loves to encourage people to connect to nature and the changes in seasons through movement. This beginner-friendly class we will explore breath, senses and body before relaxing under the trees. Giacomo, a dedicated medical herbalist and forager, will guide you on a herbal walk, teaching you how to identify, harvest, process, and use local medicinal plants. Along the way, he’ll share fascinating folklore, fun facts, and herbal wisdom, making your foraging journey an enriching and holistic experience. We’ll close the event with a warming herbal tea, embracing the importance of nature and social connection for wellbeing. 🎟 Ticket Price: £30PP - spaces limited so book soon. ⚠️ Due to the nature of the event and location, participants must be physically able to take part. ✅ What to bring: Your own yoga mat and wear sensible, warm layers for comfort outdoors.
