About The Event
Hatha Yoga classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, offering a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts. In Hatha Yoga we bring awareness to our mind, body and breath as we explore ways of creating balance and uniting opposites. The main part of this class includes a flowing sequence of Yoga postures to develop stamina, strength, circulation, enhanced self awareness and improved range of motion, alongside an introduction to breathing and relaxation.
Who's it for? Suitable for anyone, this class is a great introduction to yoga, but is still challenging both physically and mentally.
When? Every Monday, 1830 - 1930 @ Yoga Fleurs -- 356 Fishponds Road, BS5 6RB. I advise booking to reserve your space as I intend to keep numbers between 8-10 people.
