Your information is held in secure filing storage and password protected digital systems and for newsletters, it is only your name, number (if provided), email or postal address (depending on the way you opt to be contacted) that will be stored.

Your information will be destroyed upon request when you terminate your relationship with us as a client unless we have a prior agreement to remain in contact.

Your information will not be passed onto third parties unless we have discussed this as part of an agreed referral to one of our referral partners.
