Q1: What is Barre?

A1: Barre is where fun meets fitness. It seamlessly integrates familiar movements from pilates, yoga, and functional exercise, ensuring a workout that feels both challenging and enjoyable. A3: It is recommended to wear light, comfortable activewear with layers to peel away as you heat up. Avoid wearing heavy jewellery or accessories that might get in the way during the practice. There may be some mats available on request yet it is best to bring you own. Bring a bottle of water and a small towel if you need padding for your knees.
