Barre is a low-impact class that supports everyday movement, improving posture, balance and confidence in your body. Often described as the spicier cousin of Pilates, it uses small, controlled movements to fatigue the muscles creating the signature "burn and shake" barre is known for.

A2: Yes. This barre class is accessible for mixed abilities, tailoring modifications to suit you. More than 50% of the class are new to barre as has only been available in Fishponds since November 2024.
