1030 - 1130: Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a slower, gentle form of yoga. Aimee & Blaise invite you to find comfortable floor postures, supported by bolsters and blankets, to allow for deep openings and rebalance of the nervous system. As Certified Reiki Practitioners they will integrate hands-on healing to further release tension within the body, alongside breathing techniques, essential oils and energy balancing tools. No previous practice of yoga is required.

1130 - 1145: Herbal Tea Break

1145 - 1245: Zen Den

Who else just wants to get cosy in a blanket and chill out? Zen Den is the perfect place for this restorative vibes. You will indulge in a delicious guided facial followed by a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Can you lie down and let go?

1245 - 1330: Light lunch

We will close the space with a wholesome home-made soup, high-vibe salads and cheeky chocolate treats. All vegan friendly. Please do let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements prior to your Re:treat experience.
