Service Description

Structural Integration is a form of hands-on bodywork and movement training that re-organises the connective tissue of the body (fascia) so that it can function more effectively. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing designed to bring balance back to the body. It can contribute to reduction in stress, anxiety, pain relief and much more. Due to POPULAR demand, Blaise will be offering both of his sessions in one glorious 1.5 hour experience. If you have had either of the sessions or you have had both, now is the greatest time for you to give some nourishment back to your body. FAQ's / Structural Integration (SI) Benefits of SI include improved posture, improved flexibility and range of movement, enhancing the ease of breathing, releasing painful holding patterns and managing acute and chronic pain from past injuries. What to wear? Most clients receive work in their underwear. You must be comfortable. Unlike massage, SI requires you to get up from the table and walk around periodically. How is it different to massage? Through soft tissue manipulation and movement education, SI Practitioner affect body posture and structure over the long-term. Unlike massage, which often focuses on relaxation and relief of muscle discomfort, SI is aimed at improving body alignment and functioning. Can SI cause damage? There's virtually no risk to trying SI, and there are no side effects. If it works, then great. But if it doesn't, there is no harm done. Cancellation Policy

All payments and deposits for Yoga & Events are non-refundable. ​For treatments, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. All Reiki / Structural Integration Sessions are inclusive of consultation times. Some sessions may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the intention of the sessions and what arises. The price remains the same unless the client decides they would like to extend. To which case payment will be taken then. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will give their written consent prior to treatment. The client agrees to participate in this session of their own free will and release or waive any claims against the practitioner or Aim2Be that may result from these sessions.
